Can i take the pregnancy test at 20 weeks? will it give accurate results?

Yes: Pregnancy tests measure human chorionic gonadotropin hormone levels, which should be elevated throughout the pregnancy & thus cause a positive test. But I would ask why you need a test now if you are 20 weeks, when you likely feel the baby moving & a Dr could feel the enlarged uterus & listen & hear the baby’s heartbeat.
