Were you actively : Infected with rubella while pregnant or were you non-immune? Congenital rubella causes intellectual disability & autism, not the vaccine. Start 400 ?g of Folic Acid daily now, so your folate (folic acid) levels will be normal at time of conception & be tested for mthfr gene variants. If you had 2 1st-trimester ab's, seek pre-pregnancy genetic testing & counselling to assess risk for other possible issues.
