Burping: Avoid fatty and gassy foods and beverages. Take simethicone 1/2 hour after meals to prevent excess gas formation. Don't force yourself to burp as this air swallowing only causes more gas formation. Nature means for you to pass gas through the gastrointestinal tract and out the rectum. If you feel bloated, drink hot water to break down gas and move it downward. See MD or gastroenterologist as neede
