Difficulty burping: May have reflux/ GERD ? H pylori so ranitidine/ prevecid may help. Also rarely may have strictures but that is rare unless you have an underlying autoimmune disease or had severe reflux in the past . I am not sure why you have not vomited but it also may be that there illnesses you have did not effect vomiting. Would f/u /w/ GI, and endoscopy can check if there are strictures
