I have two soft lumps above each testical they have been there for about 8 or 9 years what could they be?

Thoughts...: They could be cysts, varicoceles, hydroceles, spermatoceles. The length of time makes it less likely cancer, but every concerning testicular mass should be evaluated by a doc.
