Some handy facts...: Normal men, women, boys, and girls masturbate (it's universal). It is not harmful, as the body goes through similar effects during regular sex with a partner (but too much of anything may become a problem). Masturbation does not stunt height, cause acne or hair loss, make you weak, create heart problems, lower testosterone, affect virginity, lower fertility, change your weight, or damage vision.

Masturbation: Young men of your age, often spend a great deal of time thinking about sex. Masturbation is quite common. If you are engaged in masturbation to the point that you are raw or it is preventing you from engaging in other important activities (like your school work, eating regularly, spending time with family) then it might be interfering with your life. I agree with the earlier recommendation.
