Had 2 ulcers in colon, i was tested positive for h pylori a week ago. does h pylori cause ulcers in colon? if not, what is cause and what is prognosis? treatment? waiting on pathology report

No, however: H. Pylori is not typically causing colon ulcer as it affects the upper gi tract. It might be that it is somewhat involved in inflammatory bowel disease that may be one of the causes for the colon ulcers. The pathology report will hopefully clarify, otherwise too early to speculate.
