Clit white sores: Without seeing the sores, it is impossible to tell you what they are or their cause. However, gently wash the area with Dove or Ivory soap, rinse thoroughly and see if that relieves the itching temporarily. . If not, see a GYN MD for diagnosis and possible Rx.

Try antifungal first: Since some cases of "whitish" clitoral or vulvar itches are caused by a fungal-monilial-candidal infection, a trial of an antifungal ceam like Monistat-7 applied 2 to 3 times a day might be preferable to Vagisil.
