Recommend: 1. Avoiding alcohol, tobacco & excessive caffeine. 2. Starting prenatal vitamins which have extra folate to prevent neural tube defects. 3. Start reading about pregnancy. During each of my pregnancies I went week tto week with "What to Expect When You Are Expecting". 4. Getting adequate sleep & physical activity. 5. Eat healthy.
