Depends on why: One can repeat a urine pregnancy test next week. There is no need to repeat it sooner than that. If the reason one did a pregnancy test is because of a missed period (when normally one's periods are always regular), then it's likely that today's result is a "for sure positive". If a NORMAL-appearing menstrual period comes before the repeat test, then one is not pregnant and doesn't have to retest.
