Back pain: Back pain that is mechanically worse (worse with movements) has a good chance that it is not related to a kidney problem. It sounds like arthritis - there are many types of arthritis. I have seen thousands of people with back pain, back pain with movement does not rule out underlying kidney disease or other conditions. You should see your primary care doctor.
