Yes: Natures Bounty hair skin and nails is a multivitamin supplement. It is safe during breastfeeding only if you take the regular dosage daily. An overdose of vitamins A, D, E, or K can cause serious or life-threatening side effects both to you or to your baby. do not take more than one pill daily in a 24 hour period.
