However, state & local health departments/ providers make actual testing decisions. People should call their health care provider if they believe they should be tested.

Screening center: A nasal swab may be ordered by your PCP. Please check with your local health department for details of testing sites. If the test is positive, please consider a plasma donation. In the meantime, monitor your temperature, stay home and rest. Watch for symptoms of fever,chills, shortness of breath and cough.
