My daughter inlaw test positive for covid 19. we spend time with my grandson do i need to go for testing?

Local issue: The availability & accuracy of testing & duration/ type of exposure are all factors that need to be reviewed. Those that have a medical need for testing are those with shortness of breath with any exertion or difficulty breathing as they will need medical care. The rest may be more at risk if they go to a testing center where sick may increase risk of a full exposure. Contact local docs.

Yes: Since you have had contact with a family member with COVID 19, please have testing performed. Your local public health department may have further details. Watch for symptoms of COVID 19 such as flu like symptoms, fever and shortness of breath.
