See Dr ASAP: Severe headache is usually a reason to see a Dr no matter what else is going on, & with the vomiting/not keeping things down & being pregnant you are at risk for dehydration, so please call Dr &/or get someone to drive you to emergency room for eval, for your health & your baby ‘s health.
