Iam 37weeks and 4days pregnant iam very scary from labour and how can i diffriniate between heavy vaginal discharge and water break?

A few ideas: This can be difficult (but not impossible). Typically amniotic fluid is clear, like urine. Vaginal discharge often has an opaqueness to it. If discharge is at all white, it's vaginal. Typically amniotic fluid break will continue to leak where vaginal discharge comes in waves thru the day. Sometimes you can tell the difference based on smell too. Go to the hospital if you are at all concerned.
