I burnt a scar on my arm with the oven about 10 days ago.im applying fusidin ointment daily and keep it covered but there is still yellow puss in middle of wound.could it be infected?

It is possible: I would suggest not to worry. Yellow fluid does not always mean infection, it may mean leakage from the blood vessels because of the trauma there. Just continue to keep the area clean and use the antibiotic ointment and let the body heal. Be patient.
