Rectal bleeding: Likely this is a hemorrhoid which is caused by a dilation of one of the veins of your rectal mucosa. Rectal fissure or crack in the rectum common too. Either way treatment is increasing fiber in diet and fluids. If bleeding would be constant get checked.
