Question about cataract surgery for my right eye.the cataract is advanced with 20/200 on the eye chart. after surgery, with a distance iol, would there be a big difference in clarity and colors, compared to the left eye , which is 20/50?

Generally not : blue light filtering lens may cause difficulty in color contrast perception
