Bladder spasm: Pain with urination? May be urinary tract infection , or kidney stone. If vaginal discharge may be vaginitis or pelvic inflammatory disease (fever?), may also be ovarian cyst or even ovulation or from the colon ( constipation, spasm, inflammation). F/u /w MD
