Genital bumps: The warts that grow on your hands are not the same ones that develop in the genital area. I am assuming when you are describing panty line that you are referring to your vulvar area. It isn't for certain if these are actually warts or not. Thus, recommend medical evaluation. Once an accurate diagnosis is made, an appropriate treatment plan can be made.

Wart around genitals: While warts are all caused by virus’s, different warts may be specialized for different kinds of skin and will have different treatments. Any wart around your genital area is assumed to be HPV. There are about 200 different strains of HPV and only a few cause cervical cancer. It will likely go away on its own. Because these are transmitted sexually, you should see a gyn dr. Don’t use wart remover.
