Irregular menses: Irregularity in your menstrual periods is not at all uncommon and can occur for many different reasons. Am not sure what 'foreplay' means to you, but if semen was involved in any fashion and was near your vaginal opening, whether or not there was penetration of the penis you can become pregnant. This is not a likely cause of what you are experiencing, but thought you should know.

Need exam: There are many reasons a young lady your age may have a discharge with or without blood. Often this is normal, but you should see your primary care or a gynecologist to be sure what your body is doing.
