What is leuckocytopenia? what causes it?

Low White count: Leuko=white, cyto=cell, penia=count or amount. This is a condition of low circulating white blood cells. These are infection fighting cells. They are made in the bone marrow and stored there and and in the spleen, lymph nodes and elsewhere. There are many causes for this condition of low white blood cell coutnts.
