Non viable: Fetal Heartbeat can be detected at 6-7 weeks with vaginal ultrasound. If you are confirmed 10 weeks pregnant, but the fetus is small for its age and there is no heart beat, this can indicate that the fetus has stopped developing and is non viable. Consult your Dr and ask about the lack of growth and heartbeat. They may recommend a second ultrasound or may confirm that the fetus is nonviable.
