Not really: Oral gel is a topical anesthetic that only works skin deep. It should not be used on the navel unless you just got a piercing and it is locally painful. It should not be used for internal abdominal pain. Internal abdominal pain can sometimes have a serious cause. If you have internal abdominal pain, see a Dr so that they can do a thorough exam and determine/treat the cause.
