Child constipation : Drinking plenty of fluids is crucial. Should have 1.3 liters of fluid a day - water and solutes-juices/ milk/fruits- more if it is hot and /or child is sweating. Food that are good for bowel movements include apple/prune juice, broccoli, avocados, sweet potatoes, berries, greens. https://wicworks.fns.usda.gov/wicworks/Sharing_Center/WY/Hydration/Display_Elements/hydrationfluidfacts.pdf
