Currently on effexor 75mg. i read two people claiming this medication made their hearing worse. is this medication ototoxic? i know tinnitus is listed as a side-effect and its made my tinnitus a bit louder (so far), but will it make my hearing worse?

Tinnitus: Venlafaxine is known to cause tinnitus in up to 2% of subjects, dizziness is common as well at 16%. Hearing loss is not listed as common and it may happen otherwise. Many times there are unrelated conditions contributing to hearing loss.
