I have a sharp pain in my throat but its on the upper left side of my throat tube. its not my glands. when i press it then my tube moves bit and then depending if i shift it then the pain goes away. maybe i dislocated a section of the tube?

Exam advised: Get examined by your physician or an Otolaryngologist. Possibilities include an inflamed thyroid gland or tender carotid artery. I assume there is no problem with swallowing food, cough, wheeze or breathing difficulties.
