Pain: You are probably having chest wall pain and not heart pain. After a vigorous workout your chest can be sore from breathing hard. Try pushing against the area to see if that makes it worse. If it does it is probably chest wall. It would be unusual for someone your age to have heart problems. If it continues see your physician.
