Urologist: These are somewhat complex symptoms. It may be mucus rather than semen which accompanies your stools. I suspect some prostate congestion and/or inflammation or an element of epididymitis. For sperm to be expelled through the rectum, fistula from the genital tract to the rectum has to be present which would be quite unusual. Consult a urologist for evaluation and advice.
