Testis Torsion: 1-Yes you will continue to have erections after testis torsion provided Uic still have one functioning testis.. Only way erections can be lost by torsion is if U had torsion of both testes or torsion of solitary testis & ended up with no functioning testis 2-Ejaculation of semen will occur after U recover from surgery even if U lose a testicle 3-Pain lasts couple of days unless testis is necrotic.
