Since 2 days ago my right hand feels weak , can't hold something tightly with it, but i can perfectly rotate my arms, no pain only the weakness comes and go and it comes especially after effort, any ideas on what is it?

See a Dr.: Any unilateral weakness can indicate a serious underlying condition. See a Dr so that they can do a full neurological exam and a full physical exam. They may seek to do some lab tests or imaging to determine if there is an infection, mass, inflammation or other cause for your acute symptoms.
