A couple of hours ago my back started hurting so bad especially in my back on my left side. now it hurting around the front of my left side . it is hurting so bad it is making me vomit.please help i'm really scared?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. You may take acetaminophen for the pain in the interim. Wish you good health!
