Need pics: It is possible to have a melanoma/vulvar carcinoma in this area so we really need to see photos. Are the borders irregular? Are they new? Are they ulcerated? Is their a lump under it? You can get these in pregnancy, too. Google images for "spots on labia" or "labia lesions" to see what matches in your case.
