Rlq pain that spreads to right hip and radiates down thigh. gives off an inflamed type of feeling?? regular periods on bc. could this be a cyst? or something else? maternal history + for pcos as well.

Not normal: Could be endometriosis, if birth control pills are not controlling, this needs evaluation. Testing/ultrasound/possible laparoscopic surgery, can be helpful in getting this controlled.
