Various things: Exercise such as walking, back flexion/extension. Apply heat, cold and/or massage to the lower back. Wear low heeled shoe with good arch. Sit in chairs with good upright back. Sleep on your side with pillows between the knees and on a firm mattress. Get help lifting heavy objects. If these measures fail then see a physical therapist and occasional analgesic such as Acetaminophen (tylenol) may help

Physical therapy : Pregnancy can put significant stress on any mom’s back, but especially when scoliosis is present . A good physical therapist can usually work with heat/ice/electrical stimulation/exercises, all of which should be quite safe in pregnancy.
