Gastric pain: Need to be examined/lab tests/imaging to determine the cause of your distress. Could be ulcer, neoplasm, gall bladder, etc. May or may not be related to your headaches. See your physician. Be as complete in your reporting as possible (make notes ahead of time). Report all meds, including the recreational ones and OTC's. See your Physician before you have an episode while driving/using machinery
