Beast vs. Breast: Some 2-week olds can surely let out a beastly amount of crying and hollerin' but they're so cute we don't even mention the word "beast." So, we're probably talking about breast. There are four: 2 on baby, 2 on Mom. If any of the 4 breasts are warm and hard, it can be mastitis and comes with some pain or tenderness. For baby mastitis - can call Dr on video but in-person exam is usually needed.
