A member asked:

Persistent nausea on fertile days . pretty unbearable . what to do. not on birth control nor sexually active.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Regular cycles: occur at 28 day intervals, if not regular, could be polycystic ovarian syndrome. Of course, pregnancy is a very common reason for absent/delayed periods. If a pregnancy test is positive you have an answer. If not pregnant, could be ovarian cysts, or endometriosis.
