My heart goes to 100+bpm when i stand. i discovered the cause, my sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) is overactive only when i stand. how do i turn on my parasympathetic nervous system again? deep breathing doesn't help much.

Tachycardia standing: This is a normal response and it should slow down in a few minutes. Other reasons would be salt depletion due to sweating or anemia. Blood pressure will drop on standing also. Find out the cause and treat that. Discuss with your team.
