Be more Careful: The half life is about 4 hours so since you took it YESTERDAY, I would assume that it is almost out of your system. Your heart rate is normal and I don't know what breathing slow means but if you are with it enough to post on the internet, you are ok. People who slow their respiratory rate due to narcotic overdose aren't aware of it. Narcotic use is not something to be casual about.
