Flatus: Apparently you're either forming excess gas or having accumulation of normal amounts that pass through your intestinal tract sluggish. If excessive gas check for lactose intolerance(milky dairy products) or gluten intolerance(wheat). Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after meals prevents gas formation. Drinking hot water pushes gas through when bloated. See a gastroenterologist if not improved.
