sometimes when i bend over ( fold in half) it feels like my bottom rib is pinching my insides. sharp pain until straitening out.

Pain from rib: It's common to have pain when bending in that position. Gentle stretching, and slowly reaching full flexion of the back (rather than doing it quickly) will help. It's your body's way of telling you you're not ready to bend to that extreme just yet. Also, working on core/abd strengthening can help over time.
