Allergies?: The fluttering you describe in your ear may be a sign of fluid build up. Frontal headaches can be migraine or sinusitis. Allergy season can make it hard to tell the difference. Trying something like otc Claritin (loratadine) might help you and your family doc decide what to do next. Watch for what triggers your headaches. Last but not least, is your thyroid level being monitored?
