Relax: It is not unusual for birth control to fail with use of rifampin (part of Rifinah). It may just be a variation for you because of stress, however even if you are pregnant the medication are not notorious on the fetus. It is usually encouraged to use other forms of contraception, like condom in addition, if taking birth control pills on rifampin.
