No such thing: No known prophylaxis exists. No drugs, medications, diet, or anything else is known to reduce the risk of catching COVID-19 or the chance of complications. If you may have been exposed, self-isolate to protect others and contact your doctor. Good lucik.

Good immune system!: Pre-exposure prophylactic use of simple vitamins & minerals are most important. Two most important causes of severe complications are immune dysregulation (Cytokine Storm) and hyper-coagulopathy. Both are regulated by adequate vitamin D levels. Everyone should have Vitamin D levels checked and adequately treated. Then vitamin D 5,000iu, Vitamin C 1000mg, Zinc 50mg & Selenium 200mcg one daily.
