Call your dr.: Many babies hiccup in the uterus. This activity increases at the end of the second trimester and is felt more strongly in the third trimester. All of this can be normal. In the last 4 weeks of the pregnancy, if hiccups suddenly begin or get stronger, your OB will want to look at an ultrasound to make sure everything is OK.
