if a fetus inside the whom hiccups 2-3 times a day for 30 minutes or so is it in any way harmful? and is there anything i should do about it if it is?

In utero hiccups: Hiccups are totally harmless, in utero and after birth. Having a fetus that has hiccups is somewhat annoying, but there isn't anything you can do about it.
