Hi i have terrible pain in my thumb and joint that goes into my wrist. i do have rheumatoid arthritis and take arcoxia but it is not helping with this pain. do you think i need to see a physio to see what the problem is? thanks

Osteoarthritis ?: I don’t know your age but that joint is the most common one in the body for osteoarthritis, some physio providers can be extremely helpful in that condition. It is reasonable to consult one & try therapy but you should see Dr & get X-ray if not improving. Topical anti inflammatory cream (trolamine or other salicylate) can also help
