My 2 year old has a terrible rash similar to a nappy rash for the last 4 weeks now. i have tried all kinds of rash cream, barrier creams, antibiotics ect but nothing seems to work. what elsecan i do? have tried new nappies and wipes also

Diaper rash: Diaper the child immediately after bowel movement and when wet. . Wash bottom with gentle soap/water-not wipes The child may need treatment w/ oral anti-fungals like nystatin ( the diaper rash which is yeast comes from the GI tract) or antibiotic ,or may have an allergy to excipient in the wipes/ creams/diapers. Hard to say: These often require an exam to sort out. If the texture of the rash is bumpy & color angry red it is often yeast & requires anti fungal creams. If blistery it is often bacteria . If smooth with mild redness it may just be healed but skin thinned by too many steroid creams. Consider having the kid seen.
